We worked with two team leaders from a top 100 law firm where their senior leadership was resistant to change and who rejected equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives. The team leaders attended one of our training sessions where they shared their experience and demanded more. Real change became the goal.
The firm’s senior leadership team attended a bespoke training session from BUD Leaders.
The outcome of this intervention was the Executive Leadership Team working closely with BUD leaders to co-create a process that enabled them to move forwards toward being an anti-racist organisation.
